This large house benefited from an attached annexe used as a gite by the current owners. The house required a few alterations and repairs  from a new safety rail around a raised walkway, some new garage doors and not least the installation of a shed dormer, at the rear of the main house. The dormer allowed a re-design and enlargement of the bathroom and rear bedroom, and whilst doing that we also did some small roof repairs and increased the meagre loft insulation to 300mm thick
