This Breton house on the outskirts of Le Faouet, had  a constant supply of family and friends coming to visit, further bedrooms were required. The loft conversion gave them two further bedrooms, a shower room, a WC and a small sitting area,
We are told that the rooms remain cool in the summer and are easy to heat in the winter, as the original hot air heating was extended into the loft. A new 200ltr water tank was installed and all the original wiring was re-routed and extended for the new demands of the extension. The conversion took approximately two months to complete.
