This old barn was on the point
of collapse. Roof timbers were bowing under the weight of the roof, walls
were bowing out and had twisted, support posts were cracked, rotting and
coming off their foundations. Something had to be done, unfortunately pull
it down, it has to stay down no rebuilding was allowed, and as the space
was needed a renovation had to be undertaken. No alteration could be made
to the size of the barn its height or style and angle of the existing roof.
A little scary at times but the nett result was worth it
