Quite often the options given by the house builder is not quite to the customers taste or exactly what he or she is looking for, we have therefore decided to offer the option of not taking us up on certain items and installing your own, this means that you do not have to pay for something you would rather change or not have in the first place, saving you money. We can still install your product of choice for you, but we would offer you a separate 'devis' or quote to install it, or you can choose to have your own contractor, whatever you wish.
