Below you will see sample house designs. These designs have already been priced to show you how economical timber frame construction can be, click on any image to see the models in greater detail. From the navigator bar above you will be able to access our download page, filled with all the detail you want to know about the house or houses you're interested in, what is included in their base price, construction details, floor plans and even 3D views of the exterior. These products are designed for on-site construction, i.e. 'Stick Framing', and are not kits and therefore not suitable for D-I-Y construction.
Quite often the options given by the house builder is not quite to the customers taste or exactly what he or she is looking for, we have therefore decided to offer the option of not taking us up on certain items and installing your own, this means that you do not have to pay for something you would rather change or not have in the first place, saving you money. We can still install your product of choice for you, but we would offer you a separate 'devis' or quote to install it, or you can choose to have your own contractor, whatever you wish. If none of the above designs meet your requirements, we can also price your own plans, or design a house to your specifications, please contact us, we would be pleased to hear from you. In addition to the above we
have negotiated a deal with a northern european company that specializes
in Kit House construction, that enables us to offer very competitive rates
on a high quality Kit product. Using a Kit product allows a watertight
shell to be erected in days, rather than weeks as with stick frame construction.
And of course everything is fabricated in controlled factory conditions,
the downside? The design once agreed is not easily altered, but that's
